Graduate Conference 2025
We are pleased to invite you to the Graduate Conference 2025 of the Center for Doctoral Studies.
The Graduate Conference aims at a stronger visibility and integration of doctoral candidates at the Academy of Fine Arts and seeks to increase exchange and networking possibilities among the doctoral candidates as well as researchers and artists of the Academy.
On May 15 doctoral and PhD candidates in their final phase will present their dissertation projects or results of it, which will be discussed afterwards.

Event Location
Please find all information concerning location, arrival and barrier-free access here.
The "Sitzungssaal" (Conference Room) is located on the ground floor. When entering via the Schillerplatz entrance, the room in the building is accessible at ground level. If you enter via the Makartgasse entrance, use the elevator from the Souterrain to the ground floor. The elevator is equipped with wheelchair accessible controls. The building has a (tactile) guidance system.
