In his lecture, Florian Appelt offers an insight into the seemingly hermetic mechanisms of the art market with its economically driving forces. How do the individual market sections interact and what strategies can artists develop?

Florian Appelt
graduated from the University of Applied Arts in 2018 with a degree in graphic arts and printmaking. Since 2019, he has also been writing his doctoral thesis at the Angewandte on the impact of digital media on the art market of the 21st century.
