Lina Eberle

Lina Eberle, * in Germany, is currently based in Vienna. She studied Stage Design with Anna Viebrock and Nina von Mechow, and Performative Art as a guest student at the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna.
In a practice based on collaborative and collective thinking and working processes, scenographic approaches and choreographic impulses enter into a reciprocal dialogue. Her position, situated between performance and theater, explores the tension between physicality and imagination. In creating and staging images, she searches for productive gestures as well as objects and spaces that actively inscribe themselves into the narrative.
Eberle’s works in stage and costume design have been presented in various collaborations at Tanzquartier Wien, Théâtre La Cité Marseille, Théâtre de Poche Grenoble, Volksbühne Berlin (P14), and the Wiener Konzerthaus (Concertino). In 2024, she was awarded the TQW Scholarship for Body- & Performance Practices and completed her studies with the performance Great Expectations.
