Conclusion

The following documents are required for the successful completion of the Erasmus internship:

  1. Confirmation of Stay:
    Confirmation of the actual stay during the internship, signed by the employer.
    The stated duration of the internship must correspond to the Grant Agreement.
    If the internship is cancelled prematurely, the International Office must be informed immediately, as part of the grant may have to be repaid.

  2. Certificate of Work Placement - for compulsory work placements only:
    Confirmation of successful completion of the traineeship.
    Can be requested from the International Office.
    Where relevant: Recognition of academic achievement via AkademieOnline or entry in the Diploma Supplement.

  3. Survey
    Towards the end of the placement, students will receive a link to a mandatory survey.
    The balance of the grant will only be paid upon receipt of the signed confirmation of stay and confirmation of participation in the survey.

Cancellation

  • If an internship has to be cancelled or the working conditions do not meet expectations, the International Office must be informed immediately.
  • Depending on the progress of the internship, a partial repayment of the financial grant may be necessary.
