20 Seconds for Art is an open, single-stage design competition for an artistic spot on the subject of "City-Scape", to be shown on all INFOSCREEN displays within the city's network in July and August 2015. The competition calls for soundless twenty-second spots on the subject of "City-Scape" which interpret this theme in an artistic manner.
