My preferred artistic medium is... ...
I really don't have any preferred medium because I work around different stuff.

My art in three words...
It's hard to define several years of art practice into three words. So, I go with a working title for my next show, In My Eyes.

A recurring theme in my work is...
Taking things that exist in the world and modifying them, while making sure to leave them in a state of ambiguous suspense.

I draw inspiration for my art from…
…the continuous reshaping of ideas and materials—that´s what any work of art is about, and maybe even everything else.

When it comes to materials, it’s important to me that...
…I have an intuitive desire for the material.

My greatest artistic achievement so far…
…staying determined to being an artist.

The feedback that has influenced me the most…
A few years ago, I was asked to identify a misunderstanding about my work that had emerged in its critical reception upon admission. What might that misunderstanding be?

If I could give advice to other emerging artists, it would be...
…finding the right balance between patience and urgency. You cannot afford to be overly patient or lazy—you need a sense of urgency to get moving. At the same time, you need some patience to manage that urgency and maintain a sense of calm.

The transition from studying to artistic independence means to me...
I had a studio outside the Academy before graduating, which meant that I already was working as an independent artist. This created an easy process for me to keep working after finishing my studies.

My studio in the Creative Cluster is a place where…
…I work.

An artistic idea or project I’m excited to realize...
…my next exhibition, wherever it may be.
