Foundation for the International Weeks Against Racism | Creative competition “Protect human dignity”
For the International Weeks against Racism in March 2025, the art competition with the motto “Protecting human dignity” is being announced with prize money totaling 2,150 euros.
The motto of the UN Week Against Racism 2025 is “Protecting Human Dignity”. The competition is dedicated to this goal in an artistic way. All artists from the fields of painting, graphics, photography and typography are invited to submit their creative motifs for their posters and postcards.
The motif can depict a problem, a relevant quote, a vision of the future or a scene of social interaction. They are also happy about the depiction of emotions! What is it like when human dignity is violated? What can you do to help people who are disadvantaged? The motif can ask the viewer questions and encourage them to think about current political developments, group-related misanthropy or our social coexistence.
The deadline for submissions is September 25, 2024. For smaller amounts of data, please send them directly by email, otherwise as a ZIP-compressed folder or via Dropbox or Wetransfer link to: iwgr@stiftung-gegen-rassismus.de
In addition, the completed consent form and the participation form must be submitted.
