On November 22 and 23, 2024, a conference will take place in cooperation between the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna and the Architekturzentrum Wien.How did modernist architecture interact with political systems? And how can biographical gaps in architectural archives be explained and filled? An FWF research project investigated both questions using the example of Roland Rainer. The symposium will present the results for discussion.
