Katrin Euller/Rent plays a set that she composed for the screening Speculative Fiction. The event will take place directly in the exhibition Speculative Fiction in the Exhibit Gallery.

Just as in her video installation Leftovers, which is on display in the exhibition, Katrin Euller/Rent traces the connection of human-non-human life forms in her sound works, in which she uses digital and analog machines to generate sound. Distorted sound effects create a dystopian mood collage of sound elements, resulting in multi-layered sound spaces in which a shared and communal experience becomes possible.

The event will take place directly in the exhibition Speculative Fiction in the Exhibit Gallery.

Opening the same evening at 6 pm is the exhibition How thick is the layer of butter on your bread? Notes on class and capital at Exhibit Studio and the exhibition The Purloined Masterpiece. Paintings as Time Machines in the Gemäldegalerie is open with free admission until 10 pm.
