Like a mirror of nature? Paintings and deep dives – seascapes and still lifes

Does the 17th-century painter want to deceive us with an optical illusion? We raise the questions: What does painting do? What is its relationship to reality? Is the perfect painting like a mirror of nature? What do you want to catch and sketch? Let’s “purloin” a masterpiece inspiration and create our own pictures.
