Art in Building Competition BUWOG x Akbild

The Academy of Fine Arts Vienna is teaming up with BUWOG to launch an art-in-architecture competition. Until September 3, 2024, graduates of the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna who graduated no more than five years ago have the opportunity to submit interventions, installations or artistic works to design a foyer. Three winning projects selected by a jury of experts will be on display at up to 10 BUWOG locations over the next 10 years. This will give the graduates a particularly sustainable form of presence in lively locations in Austria and abroad. The competition is also endowed with prize money of 5000 Euro.
