APPEAR is a programme of the Austrian Development Cooperation (ADC) with the aim to implement its strategy for support of higher education and research for development on an academic institutional level. Eligible countries include West Africa, East and South Africa, Central America, Middle East, South East, and Black Sea region and South Caucasus. Applications have to be related to the thematic focus of APPEAR as defined by the call.
