Call | Cathrin Pichler Prize 2021
Honoring the thinker, curator, author, and teacher Cathrin Pichler, this Prize will be awarded to a student of the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna, who - in the sense of Cathrin Pichler - deals with specific artistic methods and practices as contribution and intervention to a scientific discourse.

Enrolled students of the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna as well as graduates who have completed their studies at the academy in the summer semester 2016* or later can submit their proposals. The prize applies to arts based research projects. (Qualification work such as diploma, master theses or dissertation projects are excluded!)
The jury consisting of Sabine Breitwieser, Nina Schedlmayer, Dorit Margreiter, Andreas Spiegl und Felicitas Thun-Hohenstein, will select the prize winner.
The chosen project will be presented in the framework of the "Rundgang" 2022, so there is time to realize your exhibition proposal.
