Rotary Club Tulln | Schiele Awards 2024
The Schiele Award is an art prize that has been awarded every two years since 2022 and offers young artists a platform to present their work to a wider audience.
At the birthplace of Egon Schiele, the Rotary Club of Tulln has set itself the goal of promoting contemporary artistic practices in discourse with contemporary issues and at the same time providing humanitarian aid in accordance with its social principles.
With the Schiele Award 2024, the Rotary Club Tulln is therefore addressing artists from Austria and abroad who have their centre of life in Austria and who have reached the age of 18 and have not yet exceeded the age of 28 (born between 1 January 1995 and 1 January 2005).
Works from the fields of painting and graphic art are invited for the award.
The prize is endowed with €10,000. The works nominated by a high-calibre jury will be offered for sale at an auction and exhibition.
