BMBWF | Ars Docendi State prize for Excellent Teaching
The BMBWF has been awarding the Ars Docendi State Prize for Excellent Teaching since 2013. This is intended to recognize the achievements of teachers at Austria's universities, universities of applied sciences and universities of teacher education in particular.
The State Prize is awarded in the following five thematic categories and is endowed with € 7,000 each:
- learning outcome-oriented examination and teaching culture
- social and sustainability-oriented teaching
- cooperative forms of teaching and working
- research-based or art-led teaching
- improving the quality of teaching and studyability
