Cecilie Norgaard

Cecilie Norgaard, *1991 in Aarhus, Denmark, lives and works in Vienna. Study at the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna 2013-2021 with professors Silke Otto-Knapp and Heimo Zobernig. In 2017-2018 she studied at the HfBK Hamburg with professor Jutta Koether. 

Recent solo exhibitions include WHEELS at galeriepcp in Paris, Stretch and Ground at Rinde am Rhein in Düsseldorf. In 2022 work was included in group shows The Artist's Fall Exhibition at Den Frie Centre of Contemporary Art, Copenhagen; Nominated … at mumok, Vienna; Call me at galeriepcp, Paris; Dear St. Anthony, please come around: something is lost and it cannot be found at Select, Berlin; Befindlichkeiten at Österreichischer Kulturforum Berlin. In January 2024 she has an upcoming solo show with Matteo Cantarella in Copenhagen.
