OPEN ARTS
The Open Innovation in Science Center of the Ludwig Boltzmann Gesellschaft and the Knowledge Transfer Centre of the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna cordially invite you to the final event of the long-lasting cooperation OPEN ARTS.
Several events and workshops explored the questions: Which open research methods can be used in art and science? What does it mean to work openly? How can society be responsibly involved in projects? The final event will provide insights into the OPEN ARTS workshop series but also show international references.

More about the OPEN ARTS workshop series
With interdisciplinary teams and experts from art and science, an advanced training program has been created that teaches methods of participation and collaboration for open research processes between art and science. The focus is on transdisciplinary knowledge production and methods for involving society: In particular, participants learn how to involve other disciplines and relevant social groups in their own projects. In an application-oriented way, artistic-creative forms of participation are brought into dialogue with methods from different scientific disciplines and jointly implemented.
