Information event for self-employed artists in context of the series Survival Training for Artists

Lowering the costs of mandatory insurance as a self-employed artist? The best way to do that is with a subsidy from the Artists' Social Insurance Fund (KSVF).

How does it work? What requirements do I need to meet? How much can I receive as a subsidy?

We will walk you through the steps from application to the completion of the award process. Additionally, we'll cover what you need to keep in mind as a subsidy recipient. What should you do if your artistic activity or financial situation changes? Keywords: reporting obligations, eligibility checks, avoiding repayment demands. We will also introduce other areas of the KSVF's work, such as the Support Fund. Through this fund, the KSVF can provide financial assistance to artists in certain emergency situations.

Moderation: Jannik Franzen (visual artist), Co-moderation (chat): Daniela Koweindl (IG Bildende Kunst)

The event will be held in German. Questions can also be asked in English.

Registration is not required.

In cooperation with IG Bildende Kunst and the Alumni Association of the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna.
